We have used Chimney Rock in Flemington for two events (baby shower and now first birthday party) and had great experiences. The waiter was so sweet. The only thing was that it seemed like he could have used a little more help (more staff) as the brownie sundaes were taking a long time to come out or needed reminders. The salads also needed bigger utensils (perhaps tongs) as it was hard for everyone to scoop out. Regardless of those two things, we were happy with our experience. The staff here are always accommodating and always extremely friendly. The food was great as well. They even let me hook up my laptop to the tv to do a picture slideshow for my son’s first birthday. We will definitely book an event through Dawn again. She is always great as well and is speedy with her responses. Thank you Chimney Rock Flemington!!
