Giveaway Privacy

By participating in the contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims against the company, its employees and agents, the contest sponsors, and their respective employees and agents for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participating in the contest or using any prize. Participation also includes automatic Rock Club® enrollment. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, the company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner or not award the prize.
